Welcome! I’m Julie, a certified Fitness & Pilates Instructor dedicated to helping you move better, feel stronger and live more mindfully.
Here's a little insight into my journey and what led me to become a fitness instructor.
From a young age, I struggled with weight issues and self-confidence. Fitness became my way of coping — I threw myself into fitness classes and personal training sessions to take control of my health. Over time, through the ups and downs of overtraining and undereating, I eventually found a balance that helped me not just physically, but mentally too.
That journey made me fall in love with movement. Now, I want to help others experience the same confidence, strength and clarity that fitness gave me. Whether your goal is to get fitter, stronger, lose weight or simply create space for yourself in a busy life — I’m here to help you build a routine that makes you feel good from the inside out.
I qualified as a Fitness Instructor in 2022 and my approach is rooted in functional training that supports real-life movement, builds endurance and develops total-body strength. I design inclusive, motivating sessions that challenge you without overwhelming you — so you can feel your progress every step of the way.
In 2025, I added a Pilates qualification to my toolkit. It’s something I’ve always been passionate about and I finally made the time to turn that passion into a skill I can share. Pilates is an incredible way to reconnect with your body, relieve stress and strengthen yourself both physically and mentally. As a qualified instructor, I love combining traditional strength training with Pilates principles to improve core stability, mobility and overall wellness.
For me, this isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about lifestyle changes you can stick to — routines that fit into your life, support your wellbeing, and help you feel like the best version of you.
I also host Pilates events around the country, creating fun, inclusive spaces for people to connect, move and reset.

Pilates Sessions
Mat-based or equipment Pilates sessions to improve posture, core strength and mobility. Available as private or small group sessions.
Stretch, strengthen and connect at my monthly Pilates Pop-Up Events. Held at beautiful venues, these all-levels mat Pilates classes are the perfect way to unwind, move mindfully and meet a community of like-minded people.
